September 2025 - Upvest, Europe’s leading investment infrastructure provider, is today announcing a strategic partnership with Webull Securities (Europe) to enable European investors to access European stocks and ETFs for the first time. Through this collaboration, Webull Securities (Europe) end users will also benefit from fractional trading, giving them the ability to start investing in European assets from as little as €1.
With operations across the US, Latin America, Pacific Asia, South Africa, the UK and Europe, the Webull Group is rapidly expanding its position as one of the world’s leading online investment platforms, providing tens of millions of end users across multiple licensed markets with 24/5 access to financial markets worldwide.
Until now, European investors have primarily used Webull to access US and Asian stocks. Through this partnership with Upvest, the offering will extend to fractional trading across European stocks and ETFs. Beginning in the Netherlands, these capabilities will be rolled out to end users across additional European markets in the coming months. This partnership marks a major step in Webull’s European expansion.
