Yes, we hire office-based, remote, and hybrid employees, it depends on your preference and how you work best. However we do have some restrictions for certain roles and locations. Most of our employees are based in and around our hubs in Berlin, London, and Tallinn. Some are spread across other parts of Europe. Even our hub-based employees have the option to work from home or at the office.
We can currently hire remote candidates based in Austria, Finland, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. We can expand the list, usually one country at a time.
Certainly. We’re proud to be a hybrid employer, but we never plan to be fully remote as we love to bring the team together. That’s why we’ll support any employee wanting to relocate to one of our hubs, helping with the move itself and the visa process where possible.
